Biography
Takashi Ikehata (池端 隆史, Ikehata Takashi, born February 10, 1958) is a Japanese anime director and storyboard artist. He also works under the name Takashi Ikehata (池端たかし) and, occasionally, Higashi Suehiro (末広東). He started as a cinematographer. In 1981 he joined Tokyo Animation Film (now Anime Film), where was in charge of the photography. After working for several studios, he went freelance.
