George Richard Ian Howe Fenton (born October 19, 1949) is an English composer primarily known for writing music for film and television. He has had longstanding collaborations with many directors including Ken Loach, Stephen Frears, Nicholas Hytner, Neil Jordan, Richard Attenborough, Andy Tennant, and Nora Ephron.
